"Letters to God (movie review)"

A blessed afternoon to all of you guys! I just recently watched a movie entitled 'Letters to God' from 2010. My eyes are really in deep soar right now. I was crying hard all the way since the beginning til end hahaha! Well, I was a bit emotional and easily carried away especially drama movies. This movie is so awesome! You could check its trailer above. I really don't know that this is based on a true life experience until the real name and the real picture of the child boy appeared at the end.

The story was about a boy named 'Tyler' was diagnosed in brain cancer and was writing to God letters everyday. His writing about his daily things, the people around him, and his neighbors. There was a mailman who is horribly a drunkard and was called back to duty. His boss gave him Tyler's mail addressed to God and he just laughed because he don't know where to mail it. But then Tyler said to him that his letters to God can be mailed anywhere and the drunkard slowly changes its life by reading Tyler's letters to God. His mother almost gave up because he can't continue his chemotherapy due to cancer cells complications. Tyler's classmates made a way just to relieve his tension but in the end Tyler died. His writings affected all his neighbors to write letters to God too and all his schoolmates. After Tyler's death, almost all cancer survivors voiced out all their stories, shared their near-to-death experiences and advocate youth to pray.

This movie really gave me goose bumps. Very inspiring especially to all cancer patients. I was so amazed to Tyler because he really made a legacy before he died. And he knew that God never fails to listen in all our prayers. I may also start writing letters to God too. Telling him all my activities, my achievements, my troubles,problems, confessing my sins and even giving thanks. And God will write our name in the Book of Life. He knew what is really for us. He never gave anything that he knew that it is not best for us. God all knows what is in our future. It is up to us if we will mold it or destroy it. God's time is never late nor advance so just wait for Him to give what is for you. God is so merciful that even a small boy could change a man's awful pasts. Let us reflect to the deeds Tyler had made for us and for all our brothers and sisters. Jesus Christ is our salvation,our savior! God bless everyone!

"Guardian Angels"

Are angels real? Are there fallen angels? Does guardian angels do exist?

These are just few questions which I wandered way back when I was 5. Maybe they exist going back to ancient and bible times. Angels do really exist. Religious-catholic people, lay ministers,lay leaders and pastors knew these stuff. I grew on a religious and devoted family where my parents taught me and my younger sister to pray the Guardian Angel prayer. And it goes like this:

''Angel of God,
My guardian dear.
To whom God's love, commits me here.
Ever this day/ night be at my side,
To lead,to rule
to guide and love, Amen.''

This really helps me to ease my feelings and fears whenever I recite this prayer especially during exams, quizzes and even getting for a job interview. This prayer really gives me guts and knowing that my guardian angel Raphael (one of the seven archangels) is still up above to guide me, It's not even bad not to believe from our elders that there is still up above who is watching all our deeds.

Well, if you ask me if angels are real? a big YES! angels are everywhere I tell you. It doesn't need proofs or evidences just to believe. If you knew the answer in your heart. There are angels! Your guardian angel is there at your side. Keeping you safe from harm, diseases, temptation or disasters. Just be silent, call them from your heart and there presence is still there even if you can't see them.


Fallen angels? I remember back the movie where Nicholas Cage is one of the casts entitled "City of Angels", its a movie where a guardian angel (Nicholas Cage) always guides a girl surgeon(Meg Ryan). Almost all of her major surgery were successful because of her guardian angel then eventually this guardian angel fell in love with the surgeon even if she is engaged. But then, the guardian angel finds a way to be human to love the surgeon mortally. Then, the guardian angel met a patient that is a guardian angel before. He told him how he became human by surrendering his immortality and when he became human he finds this surgeon and confessed that he is the angel behind those successful surgeries. Unfortunately, the surgeon died but then the angel experiences mortal body and felt happy. In this movie, the patient where the angel met told him that 90% of the world's population are fallen angels. Where angels surrender their divine being and became man because they fell in love with their masters. Well, maybe I could say that I partially believe in this. hehehe! That's why, I ain't have a boy friend yet.

''Bratz (Movie Review)"

Hi Guys! It's nice to be back in blog site again. It's been a year since I posted my last article. Well, there are so so so many things that happened for almost a year and a half. Finally! I graduated college! WOOHOO! Got my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management. Love life? yeah, few guys leaved and left hahaha!

Well, back to the blog. I want to share this movie to all those who just graduated college,high school or even just elementary. I really relate to this movie. Here above is attached the trailer,check it out. I remember my best friends here. But sad to say we are just two hehehe. Real friends are really hard to find especially in college. Thesis papers, OJT problems, long chapter tests, departmental exams even NSTP community services. Damn! Burning hell! Kudos to all College graduates! At last, WE MADE IT THROUGH HELL AND HEAVEN! YEAH! \m/

HAHAHAHA! Here in this movie, I remember 'Mean girls' who also made their way to evil deeds and laughs. But in the end, friendship and sportsmanship is the lesson you will learn. A Real and True friend is your greatest achievement you could ever won. Well, HAPPY GRADUATION to all of US! The next chapter of our lives is still waiting for us. Be happy! Rejoice and SMILE :)

''How to condition yourself after a breakup (for girls only)''

Once upon a time, you were in a relationship, happy thoughts, ravishing smiles, sweet thoughts, lovely greeting cards, anniversary souvenirs, candy wrappers in old coat's pockets, sparkling eyes, butterflies in your stomach, insomnia in the night, kisses and hugs, ''good morning'' texts in your inbox so on and so forth. Ahhh! imagining yourself in an aisle with you and your guy in an altar. But after all this fantasies, it totally went down after an unresolved issue. Is it your hairstyle? your make up? your attitude? or being stood up? It really hurts you most when you two didn't had a serious closure. Well, I have 5 tips/ advise for you to carry on and realizing that he isn't the perfect guy! ;)

1. Don't be bitter. Be better!

When you and your boyfriend broke up, try not to communicate to him. Unfriend him on facebook, delete his number or just block him on your messenger. This will help especially when you two are just living in a distant street. After months of ignoring him. Think of all the good things when you and your boyfriend are still together. Good memories like when you were in your first date, your first movie together, you're favorite song, your weekend getaway or even your first night together. First things first, you were so happy with him so why not think those old good days and take that as a reflection to yourself on how and what did your ex liked about you. Don't be bitter even though someone had taken your place as his new girlfriend. It's also your chance to stay up alone and wait for your right guy to come.

2. Have a makeover.

Why not shop for yourself? Go try a new hairstyle? New fragrance? Work on for abs? Or having a new trend for your tees? Isn't it refreshing to have a new aura after a breakup? It really works! I bet ya! Go the salon and fix those tangling hairdos.

3. Make yourself busy.

Make your life a bit tough sometimes. Find challenges, get along with work, be enthusiastic. But never forget not to be workaholic and stress yourself up. Find ways to make yourself happy and not thinking him all the way through. Give time to yourself and think of all the things you've missed. Take some coffee breaks with your work mates, I bet he didn't like you to chitchat with your male workmates. Have lunch with your old buddies. Make some overtime. 

4. Cry

Cry alone. It's ok to cry alone especially when your alone in the night. It is pretty normal to cry especially to a guy you loved before in the first 2-3 months. Sooner or later you will get tired and face each day with a smile. I used to cry alone even though it's 6 months after we broke up. Because you couldn't imagine him with someone else now. But carry on, life goes on. You will fine better than him and soon realized why you never worked out. 

5. Change your perspective. Don't expect your standards. Meet and Greet

Change your taste in regards to boys. Change your preferences. Life is too short why not try to have new lover for the mean time and if doesn't sounds good for your appetite. You can easily practice this advises over and over again. Just make sure, you don't do it for rebounds. Explain to him in the first place,what is his role after your breakup. And after doing this things, sooner or later you will realized the situations

Beef stew for the soul: Officially Missing You

Yeah ryt! I'm vain. hahaha

ok ok! I miss him. Can you not let your feelings over you? OMG! NO!!

Our relationship with my boyfriend is so so hard. Really hard! LDR! That's the term! As in LONG DISTANCE RELATIONSHIP. Quite easy to say you can last, but tell me? How far?

I can say that on the long run, its pretty obvious it not working anymore. But i tell you, we can survive this relationship. We're both born on August, we're Leos. Leos are born loyal. We know the feeling of being broken and left. So it's hard for us to see who's first to say we've cheat!

Secondly, we can survive this kind of relationship by use of our own cellphones. Prepaid load is a problem though but I know we're strong enough to say that we can last by not stopping our communication.

And lastly, We love each other so much. I meet his parents, his brother and cousin. I know thats an assurance.

Well, I think im just having my personal drama here again. Nothing to say much.

Just missing him.

"Hidden springs"

WEW! That was a summer break I am really expecting. We planned the outing unexpectedly. That was Friday when we planned to swim the other day, we bought some few snacks because we were thinking that we are off to swim not to eat. We just rode on a jeepney for a 32php fare each. I expect that the travel time will last for an hour but I was wrong. It took us just 45 minutes or less. Then we reached the place, pass through a hanging bridge built by bamboo stems. Then we were accommodated on a resort pool.

After placing our things and food on a cottage we've rented, we immediately went to the pool. Before splashing, we went to the steam bath. It's like a sauna. But it's too hot for us to dive through. It's like dipping our feet into boiling water. HEHEHEHE! 

Finally we swam all day, til our skin get burnt and dark. hahahaha! picture time!=)

The way was quite dangerous but it's worth it.

Really enjoyed the outing. The above photo is where the resorts are located. It is on the top of the mountains. Nice place,humid air,no pollution and the people are very friendly. Poblacion Itogon Benguet has a hidden treasure behind those pines.

"Beef Stew for the Soul: Prelims"

Ah!! It's really the start of classes! WELCOME 3RD year!! ^^_V

Being an Accountancy major having 3-4 back subjects is really really tough! Well, as a matter in fact, I was supposed to graduate next school year. But because of having back subjects due to failure of some subjects last semesters. I will able to graduate on October 2014. And it is really a shocking news to my parents if they knew that I'll be graduating as an Octoberian. And this isn't happening in our previous family clans. Well, who cares? Besides, being in this course is never easy. Solving problems often, recitations, projects, future thesis and a lot! lot! memorization of the Philippine Laws and articles. Huh! never easy! Who says Accountancy is easy? According to the world statistics and records, Accountancy degree is one among the most difficult courses ever been recorded. Luckily, I must be proud of it cause I passed the first two years of being in this college. Indeed, I took three times one of my accounting subject and it is really a disgrace. My parents never knew that! They just knew that I take it twice! :P

In our university, there are nine colleges/ departments where you can pick one. When I was still a fresh high school grad before, I am really deep seated to think what will be my course to choose. My parents have told me to pursue my childhood dream to be an accountant,and so UNFORTUNATELY, I have chosen this course. Oh yeah! I'm enjoying MOM! DAD! >:( hahaha! a big LOL! :P

I envision my self before to teach students, wearing a black coat and pencil skirt, a cute hair bun, a big glasses wearing on the top of my nose, and a very long stick! with a chalk box and eraser board. haha! can you guess what I suppose to be soon? LOL! Yeah! a TEACHER! :)

Well, look where I am now?

Bringing 900-1000 paged book, a big bag pack, (a geek perhaps)

It is really a big sacrifice in my part, I wasn't able to pick my choice before cause Time has really been so fast to pick the right course, and now my lil sis has been taking Education major in English which suppose to be my chosen course? Damn hell! so unfair! my parents weren't permitted me to take that course while in fact my lil sister gave a damn shit for it? oh c'mon! Let's admit it that my sister is more intellectual in Math than me! and in fact, my favorite subject ever since the world has begun is ENGLISH! ok? chill?! T.T very very disappointing much ! :(

The important thing right now is to do my best and give my part to my parents, be thankful for letting me study in a prestigious school though I am having a hard time analyzing some lessons in school. Cause the truth is, Accounting subject is really hard! *sigh!

I don't really give a damn in this issue. What matters is that I am happy cause two more years, and I'm struck our from this hell school. hahaha!

Ok, let's see what's in our school? hmm? Boys? yes! Girls? yup! Happy? NO!

Actually, our college is the most students in the university, School of Accountancy and Business Management. It was relocated into a new building far away from the city. It has almost 8000 students and faculty,staff members. Our school is a 10 story building, and it looks like a hotel. Located on top of a mountain. And it is like plateau indeed! The school has well facilitated culinary equipments, dining and business halls appropriate for business courses. The school population consists mainly of Accountancy majors, marketing, Business Administration courses like Entrepreneurship, Financial Managements, Business Economics, and the like. And there are also courses appropriated for dining and hotel, travel and tours managements.

Students in the commerce department looks mature than usual according to professors and mentors from the main building. Because, you can normally see students wearing at their corporate attires everyday, and uniform with high heels, hair updo, accessories and make ups,neck ties and leather shoes, skirts, bringing along their brief cases and folders. Typically seen in corporations and more likely in local business areas.

Their is only one thing I regret for being part in the commerce department. The HTM (Hotel and Tourism Management) students. HTM students are very sophisticated in the like. Very elite in the sense that they don't know how to mingle and have ways to make friends with other courses. As if they owe the school, like brats and mean characters in a usual telenovelas in tv. They always look at their best, always in make up, strong fumes and irritating sound of their heels. Staring us like no other tomorrow. Very very awful! Professors and mentors, don't like their aura well indeed, they always make a space on the top to impress themselves. Their faces were colored rainbow like chuckie doll. And they always like to walk on busy corridors with their fuckshit heels! God damn it! They're like bitch ass holes ! I hate them! And I'm irritated by their gazes. An colored blonde hair with skinny jeans and heels, see through blouses! Shit? did the guards on the main gate did not check their outfits before entering the school? This is a Catholic school! While I was suppose to enter the gate, I just wore my tattered jeans, and they insisted me to go home just because I wore a little run through jeans? Where is justice in the society? damn!

I know within, Non-HTM courses are more brilliant ! though we can't walk with heels and skirts. How can they use their "PLEASING PERSONALITY"if they ain't know how to spell "MISSISSIPPI?" HAHA!

P.S: What is beauty if you're brain is empty!
